The 2017 Yearling Gathering at Rising Star Ranch a HUGE Success!!!

To say we had a successful yearling sale would be a HUGE understatement. I have been selling yearlings for many years and this is the best yearling sale I have been involved with since Wiser Farm 1997 when the yearlings sired by The Pusher were still at their peak.

With the addition of our auction software to our website we were able to present all the data from photos to pedigrees to comments in an organized and easy to view fashion for those with interest. The many individuals who came by the farm to view and purchase yearlings was very encouraging. We would also like to thank Sharon and Fletcher Griffin formerly of “The Dinner Table” for making such wonderful food for our visitors to enjoy. They served the best “meat and three” during that last week of The Celebration.

We would like to thank our consignors who entrusted their top yearlings with us and to the many buyers who came and viewed and purchased yearlings during the Celebration. We look forward to and hope the 2018 Yearling Gathering at Rising Star Ranch will be just as successful.
